Healthy Summer Dessert

Hello beautiful people!

If you clicked on this, I hope you got triggered because of the delicious looking picture or the titel of this blogpost. It’s almost summer guys! Almost! And that means it’s time for a super delicious, healthy and fruity dessert! I once learned how to make this on a school trip in primary school and I’ve prepared it every year now since then. It’s quick & easy, healthy AND delicious! Here we go:

Ingredients

  • Quark Cheese ( e.g. strawberry flavoured )
  • Biscuits ( regular biscuits without chocolate or anything, e.g. Petit Beurre)
  • Fruit of choice
    • Bananas
    • Kiwi
    • Blueberries
    • Strawberries

Utensils

  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Little plastic bag
  • Bowls

Preparation

Step 1

Crack your cookies in pieces into your plastic bag. Close the bag and crunch them until you have tinier pieces. Make sure you don’t have too many crumbs. Now you can layer the pieces of cookie into your bowls, as a first layer.

Step 2

Cut the fruit into pieces. Not too big, you still want them to fit in the bowls. Put two layers of fruit on top of the cookie layer.

Step 3

Fill up those three layers with quark cheese, put a layer of about two fingers thick.

Step 4

The rest of the fruit and cookie chuncks go up here, decorate it like it’s a Picasso masterpiece!

Put everything in the fridge to cool and…Enjoy!!
