Now that we’re already halfway through May and summer is coming faster than we’re thinking we really need to start working on that bikini body. It’s definitely not easy to suddenly throw your life around and start eating healthy and working out, but it’s not an impossible job and you can DEFINITELY do this!

This quote is very true, ladies and gentlemen. You can easily start doing this, but staying true to your workout every single day or every other day is not that easy, that’s why quitting is the easiest option. But do we want to quit? Do we want to give in to those pizza commercials on TV? NO we do not want that! I am going to get my summerbody ready and you will too. #TakeAShotblogSummerBody
~ Workout (at home) ~
This workout is very easy to do at home, which makes it for me, also easier to start working out because you don’t need to go to a gym. What I do is, I excercise every step for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. I keep on repeating it until I’m done of course. If you want to build it up you can excercise for longer like 1 minute and 10 seconds rest for example.
Step 1: Jumping Jacks
Step 2: Wall Sitting
Step 3: Push Ups
step 4: Sit Ups
Step 5: Plank
Step 6: Side Plank (30 sec. each side)
Step 7: High Knees
Step 8: Lunges
Step 9: Squats
It only takes approximately 8 minutes out of your day. And what are 8 minutes in 24 hours to get a killer body? If you do these excerices regularly like 3 times a week then I really believe in succeeding.
